These terms cover your use of VialMind, the website at vialmind.app and the tracker inside it ("VialMind", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the calculator, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use VialMind.

What VialMind is

VialMind is software for keeping records. It converts the numbers you enter (the amount in a vial, the liquid added and a dose) into a syringe measurement, and it keeps track of the schedule, cycles and supply you set up. It does not sell, supply, prescribe or recommend any substance or dose.

Not medical advice

Nothing in VialMind is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Calculations depend entirely on what you enter, and a typing mistake produces a wrong result. Double-check every number, and follow the instructions of your licensed healthcare provider. You are responsible for what you take and how you take it.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for using VialMind lawfully where you live, and for anything done through your account. Keep your password private and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.

Your data

What you enter belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run VialMind for you. You can download or delete it at any time from your account page. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Subscriptions, trials and cancelling

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown before you buy. If a free trial is offered, you'll be charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Orders are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, which may act as the seller of record and handle sales tax, receipts and billing support. Its terms apply to the payment itself. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments aren't refundable for partial periods.

During early access, VialMind may be free. We'll tell you before any charge applies, and you'll never be charged without choosing a plan.

Acceptable use

Don't use VialMind to break the law, to harm others, to try to reach other people's data, to overload or attack the service, or to copy or resell it.

Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features. We work to keep VialMind running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. If we make important changes to these terms, we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.

Ending your use

You can stop using VialMind and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut VialMind down, we'll give you notice and a way to download your data.

Disclaimers and limits

VialMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any harm that results from relying on a calculation or record, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live gives you rights that can't be waived.
